1. Prices quoted are valid 15 days from date of quotation.

2. Our prices are based on Philippine Peso (PhP), inclusive of VAT, based on wholesale volume order of 10,000 pesos minimum and with a minimum quantity per style (depending onthe items).

3. Our Prices include ONE (1) COLOR logo printing unless otherwise indicated. And a setup fee for logo mould is charged for requirements involving leather , leatherette and rubber materials.

4. Our prices are inclusive of our standard packing that is PE polybag. Other packaging such as boxes are optional and are charged on top of the item ordered unless otherwise specified.

5. Orders are confirmed only with 50% down-payment and the balance is payable COD upon delivery.

6. Production time starts only after confirmation of order, approval of final sample and payment of deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

7. The order - because is tailor-made for each customer based on their specifications - once confirmed, can no longer be cancelled.
